Located roughly halfway between Exeter, Bude, Ilfracombe and Plymouth, set in one of the loveliest parts of the Devon countryside, close to the magical delights of Dartmoor and the coast of North and South Devon and Cornwall, with Tintagel Castle and the Eden Project just an easy day’s outing from here.

about the local area
The location is the definition of peaceful and if you like wildlife it really is perfect. We get incredibly black nights as there is very little light pollution, the perfect place to explore Devon and Cornwall.
